Registration/Enrollment

As Trinity High School anticipates continued growth throughout the upcoming school year, we are committed to ensuring a thriving educational environment for our families. Completing your child’s class registration and signing your financial contract in February is crucial to help us plan and budget accordingly for the 2026-2027 school year.

Mandatory, In-Person Registration Meetings: Key to our registration process is the mandatory, in-person meeting with a school registrar. Five (5) evening sessions are scheduled for current students throughout February. Dates and instructions for selecting your timeslot will be announced later this week.

These registration meetings are crucial not only for the student’s educational success, but for a personalized and thorough understanding of each family’s financial obligation. We will cover essential topics including class registration, State Scholarship renewals, and payment options for your remaining tuition and fee balance.

Signing the Family Financial Contract: Another critical aspect of this process is the signing of the family financial contract. This step will solidify your commitment to the educational journey at Trinity High School and ensure clarity and transparency in our financial dealings.

Encouragement to Take a Monthly Payment Tuition Loan: Trinity’s 12-month payment plan option is managed through Unity Catholic Federal Credit Union’s (UCFCU) tuition loan program. We highly encourage each family to take the UCFCU tuition loan. Every family qualifies for this loan, guaranteed through Trinity High School, with no application fees or credit checks.

Our Board of Directors mandates all tuition and fee balances for the 2026-27 school year be paid in full by June 30, 2026, prior to the start of the new school year. This is instrumental in maintaining the financial stability and sustainability of our institution. Opting for a tuition loan not only presents an advantageous opportunity to manage your financial obligation for your child’s private education more effectively, but also significantly contributes to Trinity’s ability to maintain our financial health throughout the academic year.

Acknowledging Our Growth: Trinity High School continues to experience a phase of very positive growth. Our commitment to providing a nurturing and God-centered educational environment has attracted many families. We anticipate another waiting list of prospective students eager to join our community. It is crucial to understand that failure to attend one of our registration and contract signing sessions in February may jeopardize your child’s enrollment status for the next academic year.

In closing, as we continue to grow both in our faith and as a premier destination high school, let us collectively express our gratitude to God for the blessings and the goodness that embody our beloved Trinity High School.
We thank you for your support and look forward to continuing this exciting journey together.

Peace and all good,
Mr. William Svoboda
