Position: Theology Teacher: 2024-25 School Year

Trinity High School is seeking a Full-time Theology teacher for the 2024-25 school year. The teaching position encompasses teaching 90-minute sections during each semester. The Trinity curriculum includes:

Theology 9 | Faith and Revelation
Theology 10 | The Mission of Christ
Theology 11 | Sacramental and Moral Life in Christ
Theology 12 | Living as a Disciple of Christ

Teachers at Trinity High School:
• Support the Franciscan mission of the school and its sponsoring order, the Sisters of St. Joseph, Third Order of St. Francis, by word and deed.
• Work with students of all learning abilities by utilizing best practices in lesson planning, instruction, and assessment.
• Integrate the school’s existing technology into instruction on a regular basis.
• Embrace opportunities for professional and spiritual growth.
• Attend to both the spiritual, emotional, and academic growth of all students.
• Initiate regular communication with students’ parents/guardians.
• Understand the necessity of being flexible and open to growth.

Preferably a BA or MA degree in Theology.

• Provide spiritual development for and guidance to young people.
• Encourage students’ active participation in and expression of their faith.
• Assist with additional events and activities as needed.
