The Guidance Department welcomes back the Class of 2019 and extends a sincere wish that they experience a positive and rewarding year. We are impressed with the creativity, achievement, ability, and diversity of this class and are welcoming the challenge and opportunity to work with you. In order to facilitate the planning of activities for the senior year, the Guidance Department will host a parent information night on Wednesday, September 26, at 7:00 PM in Trinity's Chapel. At this session, the following topics will be discussed:

• College selection process
• College admission process
• SAT/ACT testing
• Procedure for submitting college applications (Naviance)
• Financial Aid: Federal Financial Aid Form (FAFSA); Merit, Local, Athletic, and Talent Scholarships
• Other options besides four-year colleges: two-year programs, military, vocational, employment
