The Girls Basketball team will host the first round of the OHSAA tournament on Wednesday, February 20 at 7:00 PM. Tickets are now on sale in the athletic office; adults are $6 and students are $4. Since this is a state tournament game, no passes or student IDs are accepted.
 
Baby pictures for the Senior Farewell video are due to Mr. Kenny by this Friday, February 15. Please see Mr. Kenny if you have any questions.
 
Congratulations to our Cheerleaders on qualifying for the state competition on March 10 at St. John’s arena on the campus of The Ohio State University! More details will come in the next few weeks. Great job girls!
 
The annual Respect Life Art, Essay, and Poetry Contest is happening now. Winners are awarded money for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. At least one Trinity student has always placed each year. The deadline for submissions is Friday, February 22. Please see Mrs. Collins in Room 209 for more details.

Our Guidance Department has begun posting some very exciting enrichment opportunities with various colleges, universities and professional organizations. The Princeton Prize in Race Relations is an awards program for high school students who lead and organize efforts to improve race relations within their schools or communities. Applications are now being accepted from current 9-12 grade students who, in the past 12 months, have organized and played a leadership role in a volunteer effort that has positively impacted race relations in his or her school or community. Attention Seniors: The State of Ohio Department of Education is now accepting applications for The Ohio Governor's Youth Art Exhibition. Their purpose is to provide all budding young artists of the state with opportunities to advance their talent, whether that be through scholarships or simply experiencing the process of entering their work in a competition.
