The event was organized by current members John Adamczak, Luke Avsec, Leah Backo, Phillip Barile, Audrey Fagan, Michael Lukco, Tara McCarthy, Matthew Nied, Chad Radke, Andrew Rasner, Marissa Rose, Stephanie Rybicki, Lara Schoeffler, Kelly Svoboda, Carly Walters, Lauren Williams, and Patty Zoldak. The induction ceremony was held at Marymount Convent and included a prayer service. A celebration luncheon of members and their families was then held at the Mediterranean Party Center.

First year Honor Society moderator Kevin Marszal is proud both of the incoming National Honor Society inductees and of the current members. "The day was even better than I could have imagined thanks to the student leadership of the current membership. Presenters Matt Nied, Carly Walters, Mike Lukco and Luke Avsec did a great job selecting their own readings to go along with the four pillars of the National Honor Society."

Inductee Kyle Haire was very excited to celebrate the day with his fellow inductees and with the current National Honor Society members. "It was great to be inducted by my fellow seniors," Kyle said. "Dressing up for the day and having my parents there made it even more special."
