Trinity to host a Red Cross Bloodmobile on March 2
A Red Cross Bloodmobile will be held in Britton Hall at Trinity on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. Parents are welcome to donate. Enter through the main doors of the school and sign in with Sister Joan of Arc in the Attendance Area. You will then be directed to the donation area.

The Red Cross, in line with state guidelines, is now allowing 16-year-olds to donate blood with parental permission. Parents, if your 16-year-old wants to donate blood, they will be bringing home a permission slip to be completed by you. Without this permission slip completed they will be unable to donate blood.

The Red Cross has also found that some young donors may have less of a blood volume and that this may open them up to adverse reactions such as fainting, etc. Certain criteria has been put in place that must be met as far as weight and height before students can donate.

We are always in need of blood donors. Help save a life. Join us to donate blood.
