| Girls Soccer |
| Head Coach: Calvin Jefferson |
| Home Field: Saint Francis Field |
The Girls Soccer Team continued to make tremendous strides in 2009, just it's third season back, winning a playoff game (1-0 over Elyria Catholic) and finishing its Division-2 season with a 7-4-2 record (after an 11-3-3 campaign in 2008). In 2010, the program enters the strong North Coast League and will face traditional powerhouses such as Archbishop Hoban, Padua, Holy Name and Notre Dame Cathedral Latin.
In this setting, girls soccer is working hard to make its mark in the region and add quality players committed to the team's philosophy of defensive counter-attacking play in which all players are involved at both sides of the pitch. |
