Thank you for your interest in Trinity High School! We're glad to know you've decided to take the next steps in submitting your application for admission to Trinity.

Eighth grade students applying from Catholic schools must:

  1. Spend the day at Trinity shadowing a current student (September-December).
  2. Interview with a member of Trinity High School's faculty/staff (September-December).
  3. Take a placement exam (October-December).
  4. Submit two Diocese of Cleveland Recommendation Forms. These forms will be provided to you by your grade school. (December/January).
  5. Complete the Diocese of Cleveland High School Application and list Trinity High School as your first choice. This application will be provided to you by your grade school. (January).

Eighth grade students applying from public or non-Catholic schools must:

  1. Spend the day at Trinity shadowing a current student (September-December).
  2. Interview with a member of Trinity High School's faculty/staff (September-December).
  3. Take a placement exam (October-December).
  4. Submit two Trinity High School Recommendation Forms.
  5. Complete the Trinity High School Application for Admission. We recommend saving a copy of this interactive PDF before filling it out.
  6. Request a transcript of academic records for grades 6-8 from their grade school. This transcript should be mailed from the grade school directly to Trinity. A Transcript Release Form is included in the application PDF.

High school students seeking transfer admission to Trinity must:

  1. Complete the Transfer Student Inquiry Form.
  2. Spend the day at Trinity. Please call 216-581-1061 to schedule a day to visit our campus.
  3. Meet with our Principal to review their course of study, discuss academic standing, and determine the best time to enroll at Trinity.
  4. Complete Trinity High School Application for Admission. An application packet will be mailed once the Transfer Student Inquiry Form linked above is completed and processed.
  5. Request a transcript of academic records from their current school. The transcript should be mailed from the school directly to Trinity.
